Question 8

Do I need a voltage stabilizer for commercial freezers and visi coolers?

Accepted Answer

While all ICE MAKE units feature robust wide-voltage tolerance (190V to 250V AC), we strongly advise installing a dedicated commercial digital voltage stabilizer (such as 1kVA–2kVA with high/low voltage cut-off and 3-minute time delay) in areas subject to severe voltage fluctuations, neutral drops, or frequent lightning surges to safeguard sensitive compressor electronics.

Question 9

What is the delivery timeline for commercial orders across Hyderabad, Telangana, and AP?

Accepted Answer

For in-stock models (such as IHT-175 to IHT-1000, IMVC Visi Coolers, IGT Glass Tops, and IMRC/IMRF units), same-day or 24–48 hour direct dispatch is available across Greater Hyderabad and Secunderabad. For regional districts across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh (Warangal, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Kurnool), transit takes 2 to 4 business days via insured freight carriers with protective wooden pallet packaging.

Question 10

Do these units require specialized plumbing or complex civil installation?

Accepted Answer

No. All our commercial freezers, combi dual-temp units, and visi coolers are 100% plug-and-play appliances equipped with heavy-duty 360° castor wheels for effortless floor placement. After delivery, position the unit on a level surface, allow it to stand upright for 2 to 3 hours to let compressor refrigeration oil settle after transit, and connect to a standard 15A/16A single-phase grounded wall socket. Let it run empty for 2 hours before loading products.
