Question 2

Are ICE MAKE units engineered to operate reliably in extreme 43°C+ Indian summer temperatures?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every ICE MAKE commercial refrigeration system supplied by Vaarahi Cooling Solutions is tropicalized for harsh Indian climatic conditions (T-Class rating). Featuring 70mm high-density cyclopentane polyurethane (PUF) insulation, heavy-duty tropicalized compressors, and high-efficiency condenser blowers, our freezers maintain steady holding temperatures (down to -24°C for freezers, +2°C to +8°C for visi coolers/chillers) even during peak summer ambient loads.

Question 3

How long do these commercial freezers maintain sub-zero temperatures during power outages?

Accepted Answer

Thanks to the dense 70mm polyurethane wall insulation and airtight multi-chamber magnetic gaskets, ICE MAKE hard top freezers provide up to 10 to 14 hours of thermal holdover during power cuts (when lid remains closed). This prevents product spoilage and preserves expensive ice cream, frozen seafood, poultry, and dairy stocks during unannounced municipal power interruptions.

Question 4

How do Automatic Heater Defrost, On-Cycling Defrost, and Manual Defrost systems differ across models?

Accepted Answer

Different models use tailored defrost technologies based on application: 1) Upright Reach-in Chiller/Freezers (IMRC & IMRF series) feature Automatic Electric Heater Defrost with programmed timing cycles and condensate evaporator trays; 2) Under Counter Chillers (IMUC series) utilize Automatic On-Cycling Off-Cycle Defrost during compressor rest intervals; 3) Deep Chest Freezers (IHT & IFC series) utilize low-frost manual drain plugs for easy cleaning every few months.

Question 6

How do I log a service request, register warranty, or schedule an on-site technician visit?

Accepted Answer

Logging a service request is seamless: contact our dedicated Hyderabad support desk at +91 9000254872 or send a quick WhatsApp message with your invoice or serial number. Our dispatch team logs your ticket immediately and coordinates a certified on-site service technician within 24 to 48 hours to ensure zero disruption to your business operations.

Question 7

What preventive maintenance is recommended to maximize unit lifespan and minimize power bills?

Accepted Answer

To maintain optimal cooling and peak energy efficiency: 1) Dust and clean the condenser coil mesh every 30–45 days; 2) Ensure a minimum 4 to 6-inch ventilation clearance between the rear condenser grill and the wall; 3) Wipe magnetic door gaskets monthly with mild warm soapy water to ensure airtight closure; and 4) Avoid overloading the cabinet beyond the maximum load-line indicator.

Question 8

Do I need a voltage stabilizer for commercial freezers and visi coolers?

Accepted Answer

While all ICE MAKE units feature robust wide-voltage tolerance (190V to 250V AC), we strongly advise installing a dedicated commercial digital voltage stabilizer (such as 1kVA–2kVA with high/low voltage cut-off and 3-minute time delay) in areas subject to severe voltage fluctuations, neutral drops, or frequent lightning surges to safeguard sensitive compressor electronics.

Question 9

What is the delivery timeline for commercial orders across Hyderabad, Telangana, and AP?

Accepted Answer

For in-stock models (such as IHT-175 to IHT-1000, IMVC Visi Coolers, IGT Glass Tops, and IMRC/IMRF units), same-day or 24–48 hour direct dispatch is available across Greater Hyderabad and Secunderabad. For regional districts across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh (Warangal, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Kurnool), transit takes 2 to 4 business days via insured freight carriers with protective wooden pallet packaging.

Question 10

Do these units require specialized plumbing or complex civil installation?

Accepted Answer

No. All our commercial freezers, combi dual-temp units, and visi coolers are 100% plug-and-play appliances equipped with heavy-duty 360° castor wheels for effortless floor placement. After delivery, position the unit on a level surface, allow it to stand upright for 2 to 3 hours to let compressor refrigeration oil settle after transit, and connect to a standard 15A/16A single-phase grounded wall socket. Let it run empty for 2 hours before loading products.

Question 11

Do you provide official GST input tax credit invoices, institutional quotes, and bulk procurement discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. Vaarahi Cooling Solutions is a registered authorized business associate. Every commercial purchase is accompanied by a formal 18% GST tax invoice for 100% Input Tax Credit (ITC) claiming. We provide formal commercial proforma quotations, tender bidding support, and volume discount tiers for hotel chains, supermarkets, franchises, cloud kitchens, and institutional buyers.

Question 12
